Daryl’s practice focuses on personalized estate planning, probate and trust administration for individuals, couples and families. Daryl also advises clients on bankruptcy (Chapter 7 & Chapter 13), asset protection, corporate and business planning. He also works on estate litigation, civil litigation, business litigation and real estate litigation matters.
He has a broad range of experience including wills, revocable living trusts, family business entity planning, planning for non-citizen spouses, and irrevocable trusts (including life insurance trusts and personal residence trusts). As a father, Daryl has a particular passion for helping families protect their minor children and includes expanded counseling and worksheets in every estate plan for families with minor children.
Daryl earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley and Juris Doctor, cum laude at Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, California. Daryl received a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology Law (A designation for those focused on entrepreneurial, business and legal-related issues).
